Imen Derouiche par e-mail: imen.derouiche@uni.lu en lui envoyant votre lettre de motivation et votre CV.* Le (la) candidat(e) veillera à satisfaire la condition de l’article 39 de la loi du 12 août 2003 portant création de l’Université du Luxembourg, à savoir une situation d’emploi à plein temps (ou statut d’indépendant) auprès d’un autre employeur que l’Université et pourra assurer un maximum de 90 heures Description du poste enseigant vacataire pour le cours "Législation bancaire et des autres professionnels du secteur financier"Les cours se dérouleront lors du semestre d'hiver (de septembre à janvier) et représentent un total de 34 unités académiques de 45 minutes chacunes.L’objectif du cours est d’acquérir une connaissance de base du cadre législatif et réglementaire (lois, règlements, circulaires) qui régit l’exercice des activités des établissements de crédit et des autres professionnels du secteur financier ainsi que de connaître le rôle et les responsabilités du réviseur d’entreprises agrée dans le cadre de la supervision prudentielle des banques et autres professionnels du secteur financier. Le cours couvre les domaines suivants : Le cadre législatif et réglementaire régissant le secteur bancaire et des autres professionnels du secteur financierLes conditions d’accès à l’activité Les conditions d’exercice de l’activité et obligations professionnelles (la lutte contre le blanchiment et le financement du terrorisme, les règles prudentielles et de conduite, MIFID, les abus de marchés, le secret professionnel, les exigences de Bâle et de la CRD IV/ du CRR, les exigences d’IFD/IFR, protection du consommateur…) La surveillance prudentielle des banques et des autres professionnels du secteur financier et la mission du réviseur d’entreprises agréé à cet égard.

Extensive consulting and auditing experience in Quality, Health and Social Responsibility.Specialised in Sustainability and Sustainable Finance, she performs readiness assessment and assurance reviews under ISAE 3000 assessing the compliance with GRI/SASB standards and the completeness and accuracy of the non-financial data contained in the Sustainability reporting.
